It thrills us to witness fashion designers breaking out of the tents (yawn!) and presenting their collections on newly crafted catwalks.
Thanks to the ingenuity of the production creatives over at Bureau Betak, Jimmy Choo was able to excite fashion's best with a stellar skateboarding and BMX show. Oh, wait. Did we mention that the athletes, were also the models? Yep! The shoe makers were able to put on an action-packed display of their Spring/Summer 16 Men's collection by creating a series of “Jimmy Choo Sporting Club” branded ramps for the athletes to play on at London's Seymour Leisure Center.
This particular series of shoes are crafted with an active-wear aesthetic, ranging from elegant sneakers, detailed tennis shoes to print loafers. To Creative Director Alexandre de Betak, the style of shoes created a perfect opportunity to re-invent the runway into a skatepark!
